Temporary adjustments in April (Update: April 2nd 2025)

Hi! This is Bibi from Funiki! 

Since our launch in September, our webshop has grown beyond expectations. While we’re incredibly grateful, this rapid growth also brings challenges for our small team, including order handling and customer service.

To uphold high professionalism, we’re making temporary adjustments in April, so we can come back as an improved Funiki!

The time "off" will be spent on employee training, enhance efficiency of order processing, ensure faster shipping without delays, make merchandise and pre-order available on our webshop quicker, and improve overall customer service.

📦 Shipping will continue as usual but will be temporarily limited to one day per week.

🕐 Opening hours are from 12:00 ~ 17:00 CET on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

❌ Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED!

📧 General e-mails and inquiries may take longer to respond. However, urgent matters will still be answered within 24 ~ 48 hours.

💻 New merchandise and pre-orders may take longer to be uploaded to the website, or may not be uploaded at all during this period.
