European & International Shipping

Funiki is a webshop based in The Netherlands, Europe, offering worldwide shipping! Customers in Europe (both EU and non-EU countries) can check out directly on our website. For international customers outside of Europe, we provide a separate checkout and shipping process. Please read the details below for more information.

European countries (Both EU and non-EU countries)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We also offer a free service to combine multiple orders into one package, helping you save on shipping costs! More details about this service can be found at the bottom of this page.

Additionally, being based in the EU means that customers within the EU won’t have to worry about any customs fees!

Customers residing outside Europe

Customers worldwide (residing outside Europe) are welcome to shop at our webshop! Please note that the checkout and shipping process differs due to limitations of our web shop's platform and system. 

To place an order, simply reach out to us via email (info@funiki.nl) or Instagram (@funiki.nl), and we'll personally handle the order, payment, and shipping. 

We also offer a free service to combine multiple orders into one package, helping you save on shipping costs! You can find more details about this service at the bottom of this page.

Track & Trace

After we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's journey through the DPD or PostNL tracking system. You can track your parcel in real-time and monitor its progress at every step.

Customs Fees (VAT, Import Duties & Clearance Fees)

Thanks to our convenient location in the EU, all customers within the EU (European Union) are not charged any additional (customs) fees such as VAT, import duties or clearance fees! 

Please note that this only counts for customers within the EU! Funiki is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply to international orders outside the EU

Information About Delivery 

DPD Home 

  • Tracked Shipping & Delivery:  Customers can follow their packages with track & trace! You will receive a notification the day before your parcel is due to arrive with the expected delivery date and an option to reschedule if necessary. On the day of delivery, you will receive a second notification with a precise one-hour time slot for when you can expect your parcel. 

  • Delivery Attempt: There is one delivery attempt. If you are not home and the parcel cannot be delivered to a neighbor, it will be redirected to the nearest parcel shop. You can then collect your parcel at a time that is convenient for you.
     
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss the delivery and the parcel is taken to a parcel shop, you will receive a notification with the address and collection instructions. You must collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by DPD.

Post NL

  • Tracked Shipping & Delivery: Customers can follow their packages with track & trace! Is the delivery time not convenient? You can choose to have your parcel delivered at another time (during the day or in the evening) or have it delivered to the closest pick-up point

  • Delivery Attempt: PostNL’s local partner (e.g., the national postal service in the destination country) handles the final delivery to the recipient's address. Some countries may attempt delivery multiple times, while others may only try once. For exact details, it’s best to check with the specific postal service or local carrier in that country.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss the delivery, please follow the parcel collection instructions within the timeframe specified by PostNL or PostNL’s local partner (e.g., the national postal service in the destination country).

Can I combine separate orders into one package to reduce shipping costs?

Yes! We’re happy to offer a free service to combine multiple orders into one package, helping you save on shipping costs. We’ll securely hold your items and ship them together once all orders are ready to be merged.

Since all orders and shipping fees are paid at the time of purchase, we will recalculate the shipping fees for the combined package and refund any overcharged amounts.

Terms and conditions: By choosing this service, you agree to delay the shipping of one or more orders. There’s no strict time limit for how long we can hold your orders at our warehouse, but you will reserve the right to set a fee after 45 days or a holding period if necessary.
